8da3c329b9 Switch mm-smtp servers to send to mailman01 instead of relaying via collab03. 
Also, remove the old transports file which as far as I can tell is not used by anything.

cd40147609 Switch the nagios check_disk warning to be at 14% free or less instead of 15%. 
This is due to the default journald storage settings which try and keep 15% free, which
means we are always just in warning state.
