How to access the rabbitmq administrative UI?

The UI is only available on localhost, so you will need to do a port forwarding using ssh. This can be done using:

ssh -L 15672:localhost:15672 rabbitmq01.phx2.fedoraproject.org           

You can seen visit: http://localhost:15672/ to see the web UI for rabbitmq.

It will ask you to log in, use the username and the password set in the private repository.
