move the eol Fedora 22 to the eol config
Add entries for Everything and Workstation and label the existing
f25 entry to server

a24381ac43 Initial pass at getting EOL booting. 
- Pass in repo so anaconda starts
 - Order x86_64 first so we are consistent
 - Boot test a few options, we need to boot test everything and remove what doesn't work
