a9e76aa4c8 Bodhi's OS playbook always scales up at the end.

b4724567a6 Move staging Koschei database to db01.stg (#6805) 
koschei database on pgbdr.stg is in inconsistent state, let's use
using non-BDR db01.stg until this is fixed.
