1bfd7d53ea Bodhi's upgrade playbook now enables infrastructure-tags-stg repo. 
The repo used to be called infrastructure-testing, but it seems to
have been renamed to infrastructure-tags-stg. This commit adjusts
the playbook to use the new name.

We have plenty of RAM on this machine, and I think some UI slowdowns may
be caused by overworked daemon processes (these days there's more users
and more async requests than there used to be).
