A small additional tweak on top of yesterday's tweaks, to further clarify "Pre-configured Timer" section (doesn't make sense to call it out as "changes with Fedora 26 anymore" in 2025), and link to upstream docs for further info about them.

PS this part of dnf-automatic leads to a lot of confusion (as it kind of conflicts with the rest of the timers and config files), which is why it merits further clarification and linking to upstream docs. Thank you!

@nikodunk Hi, I saw in my notifications that you made another comment about upstream changelog and it's gone now, I'm assuming you deleted it. Does that mean everything is OK and I can merge this?

Hey! Yes - I'm not 100% sure what's going on with dnf4 and dnf5 differences on the special timers. I decided it's beyond the scope of this pull request though, which is why I removed my comment.

Even if these single-purpose timers don't exist in dnf5, we'll still want them documented here for dnf4 so I don't think I should just remove them, and this PR simply clears up the currently-confusing wording around these timers.

Thanks for the follow-up and sorry for the confusion. I think this is good to merge.
