3 Things in this PR:

1- I added instructions for users to upgrade to a new Fedora release using Discover (Fedora KDE)

2- I added instructions for users to upgrade to a pre-release version of Fedora KDE

3- I fixed to me what seemed to be a heading inconsistency in the bottom sections. (I honestly didn't think that upgrading from EOL versions had anything to do with upgrading to a Pre-release, so fixing the headings makes that clearer)
