Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Is @ankursinha working on this? If not, you can close this issue because I took the issue #521 to rewrite the section altogether.
I believe it is a happy medium rather than removing it. Will raise PR so you can review it.
Maybe we need to change the title because some of contents are published elsewhere.
