Michal Konecny df9d9a0d51 [IPA] Use ipa_server variable where posible 
Don't use hardcoded ipa01, use ipa_server variable instead that is set in group_vars.

This role is the base setup for all our machines. 

If there's something that shouldn't be run on every single 
machine, it should be in another role.
