Jason Tibbitts 73de9829d0 Add a -maintainers alias file. ... The current scripting generates aliases of the form foo-owner@fedoraproject.org. But this conflicts with our messaging which says that the project "owns" packages and people "maintain" them. Plus, "owner" is singular while we really want to have more than one maintainer.
