Kevin Fenzi 6b2e507a20 bvmhost-a64-01/02/03/04: add 4 neww mt snow aarch64 machines in ... These machines are newer versions of bvmhost-a64-12/13/14/15 They have more cpus, so we will be moving the buildvm-a64's over to them, and then turning the 4 old bvmhost's into buildhw's.
