e6c3ebc283 Add 3 new hardware machines 
This adds a new bvmhost in stg ( bvmhost-x86-02.stg ) a new vmhost in
stg ( vmhost-x86-09.stg ) and a new autosign box (that will be
autosign02 to allow us to set it up and migrate to it).

It also adds dhcp config for those and their mgmt interfaces

4d1d4350a1 virthosts / staging: remove some old staging virthosts 
These staging virthosts have no vm's on them anymore and are going to be
replaced with new hardware. So, remove them from inventory and shut them
down in prep for them being removed.

995e424760 remove the last of the mustangs 
These were the first aarch64 machines we had. 1u, no working lights,
prone to needing rebuilt, but they have served long and well.

669980c20e Comment out buildhw-a64-09.iad2.fedoraproject.org from inventory. Clean up dhcpd.conf 
Remove from dhcpd.conf the following hosts which are off:
buildhw-a64-07.iad2.fedoraproject.org
buildhw-a64-09.iad2.fedoraproject.org
buildhw-a64-10.iad2.fedoraproject.org

These are mustangs which no longer work.

7984b46eb7 The great phx2 pruning run (1st cut). 
Since we no longer have any machines in phx2, I have tried to remove
them from ansible. Note that there are still some places where we need
to remove them still: nagios, dhcp, named were not touched, and in cases
where it wasn't pretty clear what a conditional was doing I left it to
be cleaned up later.

00af04a024 openstack cloud: decomission 
Finally take fed-cloud* out and all playbooks associated with the old (and attempts to make a new one).
This cloud was a pain at times, but it did serve long and well, we salute it!
