Add Koschei EOL steps to Koschei sysadmin guide and EOL SOP
...
The Koschei collection for the EOL release needs to be removed at
EOL. Add instructions for that to the Koschei sysadmin guide and
link them from the EOL SOP.

sshaccess: some improvements

ProxyJump is better than ProxyCommand because the ssh connection is
completely encrypted to the bastion host.
Also mention that you can use ssh keys with FIDO tokens if you are only
connecting to Fedora and RHEL9+ hosts.

We can remove a lot of this here thats duplicated in the releng release
notes. We can also remove a section about a bug that was fixed many
years ago upstream and drop atomic composes info.
