We can remove a lot of this here thats duplicated in the releng release
notes. We can also remove a section about a bug that was fixed many
years ago upstream and drop atomic composes info.

This has all been moved to toddlers, so any info about it can go in a
toddler SOP. The scripts, hosts, and people mentioned here haven't been
valid for a long time. ;)

Since we are moving to matrix, lets drop reference to irc.
I may have missed a few of these and I left the Zodbot SOP alone for now
until we replace it with the new matrix one.

Added some updates here.
There's also one bug in the buildvm playbook that I haven't been able to
fix, where if you do a install everything works until it gets to the nfs
mounts and it fails. If you do a 'nmcli c up eth0' in the vm and re-run
the playbook it works. So, something isn't updating systemd-resolved or
something. Just something to be aware of when doing this.

This has the benefit of making `ssh user@batcave01` get resolved
to batcave01.iad2.fedoraproject.org which will make the known_hosts
@cert-authority *.iad2.fedoraproject.org configuration apply.
I remembered this thing exists, so I updated it! Some stuff is
just freshening, plus I added some juicy new information too.
Print it out and read it on the toilet, folks.
