On the GA date run the `sync-latest-container-base-image.sh` and `sync-ostree-base-containers.sh`
Also, update scripts/sync-ostree-base-containers.sh and scripts/sync-latest-container-base-image.sh to have the new version as 'current_stable'. This will ensure the :latest links are updated to the new release.
