Describe what you would like us to do:

Hi there,

I'm looking to get access to IPA in staging. I currently have view access, but not permission to make changes. I'm trying to add missing groups that exist in production, which are used to provide access on the Discourse instance. I also need permission to add users to these groups and make them sponsors.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

per discussion on irc for Infra and releng meeting, I granted you temporary rights in ipa STG.
But it's worth documenting a process about how to enroll (and +1 from others) people in specific groups with elevated privs on IPA.
Can't take ticket as myself have no right on this tracker btw :)
