Describe what you would like us to do:

The configuration here on https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/blob/main/f/roles/mediawiki/templates/LocalSettings.php.fp.j2#_336 is using a hard coded list of proxy. Since there is a lot more now ( https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/blob/main/f/inventory/inventory#_545 ), having the list of IPs deduced from the existing group would be cleaner.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

no deadline, just adding as it could be a perfect task for a apprentice
