432a3a497b Go through and remove entries for EL6 and EL7 
Using `git grep el6` and `git grep el7` and variants like EL-7 or
el-7, I found various entries and files which were no longer needed
with the current ansible. I updated text or tests to later versions of
RHEL as needed.

found entries for the fedora ami's for the original cloud and removed
those entries also.

e63540371b virthosts: switch rhel8 module stream to 'av' 
Turns out we had 8.3 enabled, which is not the advanced virt stream.
Instead enable that on all rhel8 virthosts.

95ab0c72c6 fedorainfracloud/virthost-aarch64: add copr user to these virthosts and setup so they can use libvirt 
These aarch64 virthosts will have copr builders on them, so
we need to setup a copr user and add their ssh keyfor access,
then make sure they are in the libvirt group so they can manage vms.

Setup a variable for hosts we want nested virt enabled on (default false)
add task to setup that on ones we want
