0cae3f7a4c Prepare mm-crawler for geoip2 
The new version of MirrorManager uses the geoip2 databases. This
prepares the mm-crawler systems to have the geoip2 databases on the
system.

efda1b074a copr: be-dev: drop mod_alias config for letsencrypt 
The alias hack is not needed because the certbot binary is run as root,
and so we can (and we do) use /var/lib/copr/public_html as challenge
directory (configured in inventory/group_vars/copr_back_dev).

af7bd3386f openshift-apps: fixup fedora-ostree-content-volume PV consumers 
We can't share the same exact PV into two PVCs in different projects
but we can make two PVs for the same NFS share. Let's see if that
works.

7cfcdec33b openshift-apps: add fedora-ostree-pruner application as POC 
This project will eventually be used to prune ostree repo content
based on a stated policy, but for now we're just using it to test
that we can mount our created NetApp share inside of OpenShift
using NFS mounts.
