af7bd3386f openshift-apps: fixup fedora-ostree-content-volume PV consumers 
We can't share the same exact PV into two PVCs in different projects
but we can make two PVs for the same NFS share. Let's see if that
works.

7cfcdec33b openshift-apps: add fedora-ostree-pruner application as POC 
This project will eventually be used to prune ostree repo content
based on a stated policy, but for now we're just using it to test
that we can mount our created NetApp share inside of OpenShift
using NFS mounts.

23e6d1a618 openshift-apps: add coreos-ostree-importer as POC

c0871be74d Prepare mm-backend for geoip2 
The new version of MirrorManager uses the geoip2 databases. This
prepares the mm-backend systems to have the geoip2 databases on the
system.

60ad73d1ad copr: fe: compress rotated logs 
This is disturbing on staging instance where is small disk.  We often
have to cleanup the logs manually.

19fa44a731 MDAPI: perform the readinessprobe and livenessprobe every minutes. 
This commit makes us check if the pod is healthy only once every
minutes instead of every 10s.

7d1169f30c Disable power9 openQA worker hosts until bugs are fixed 
Unfortunately two bugs seem to be preventing these boxes from
doing their intended job:

until those are resolved, let's disable them.
