5f7ccbbd40 Disable drpms for f26 and f26 testing. 
This is due to alternative arches not being in the same dir, so
bodhi/mash need to learn how to find them or we need to setup some
directory of symlinks to the right places.

cc0ae629c5 openqa/worker: more packages for createhdds, set SMT setting 
One of the IBM guys helpfully pointed out we need to set this
SMT thing to 'off' for VMs to run properly. I've no idea why,
but this is how we do it!
