bf757c97ad atomic-reactor is not needed on the osbs hosts. 
atomic-reactor is only needed in the buildroot,
therefore we do not need to install it on the
osbs master and nodes.

9a12f6bf79 Run koji-reset-staging.sql in a single db transaction 
If the script fails for some reason, we want DB to be in consistent
state so that the script can be fixed and re-ran more easily.

move to pungi I don't think this is used any longer.

672bf06b04 openqa: do createhdds on x86_64 workers for now 
1539330 is turning out to be pretty intransigent and the images
are getting very old, plus we need f28 branched base images. So
let's do image builds on the x86_64 workers for now. Also re-
enable image builds on workers - I never should've turned that
off in the first place, as they shouldn't be susceptible to the
bug.
