f937e22a92 copr: we don't need this cron job, we use more sophisticated script 
We used to use prune-dist-git.py script which deleted data from distgit
repositories and lookaside cache. Now we use dist-git-clear-tarballs.py script
which can delete only sources not mentioned in the last commits
of the git repo branches.

5249952c7b copr: prune old per-task-logs daily 
The upstream package suggests to prune per-task-logs monthly but with
all the mass rebuilds going on right now (@copr/PyPI,
@rubygems/rubygems), I think it is safer to prune them daily.

ddd65268d5 copr-builders: s390x machines can be started in jp-tok-2, too

e63540371b virthosts: switch rhel8 module stream to 'av' 
Turns out we had 8.3 enabled, which is not the advanced virt stream.
Instead enable that on all rhel8 virthosts.

2eab0c9987 copr: change copr-fe-dev.cloud.fedoraproject.org to copr.stg.fedorainfracloud.org 
Also change copr-fe-dev.aws.fedoraproject.org to
copr.stg.fedoraproject.org. It is needed because of setup in kerberos
config files placed in the fedora-packager-kerberos which takes
stg.fedoraproject.org as staging instance, not aws.fedoraproject.org

8caaee2b08 kojipkgs: repomd.xml (the small one) should never be cached 
We can cache any other file in the repo, even the repository metadata.
But repomd.xml is the smallest part (glue) that needs to be always
up2date to correctly reference the actual repofiles.
