See if adding this here fixes an issue with stg.
...
Basically if /etc/hosts has proxy01.phx2.fedoraproject.org in it,
ansible picks that up and gets the host file for that instead of
the one for proxy01.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org and it flips back
and forth on ansible runs.
