4dbe3c40db [the-new-hotness] Prepare for new release in OCP4

56d9be2bf3 dns: named.conf use /var/named for dir instead of / 
I think this is leftover from chroot named days. New bind requires a
writable directory for this and default is /var/named.

60c0da9185 [the-new-hotness] DeploymentConfig is now template 
DeploymentConfig contains jinja variable, so we need to move it to templates
folder so it's correctly handled.

9aa7120fee frontend: double the connection limit on PostgreSQL server 
This needs better debugging, but our connection pooling is probably
pretty complicated (each WSGI daemon process can have 15 connections to
DB, 5+10 overflow).  And we have _many_ processes nowadays, while the
default connection limit is 100 in PostgreSQL.

37066f172f [the-new-hotness] Add redis deployment 
This PR adds redis service together with deployment config and updates the
configuration of the hotness to work with this new redis deployment.

This will now only work for the staging, but it doesn't break anything if
deployed on production.
