791305b447 Enable the prerelease redirect in stg in prep for release. 
This means staging will redirect all the prerelease links back to the main release
instead of letting them go to beta content. This is so we don't have people
downloading the beta when the final is already out.

new-updates-sync: no longer sync stable refs for ostrees 
Now that we are releasing f29, no longer sync the stable refs.
The atomic host stable ref will be controlled by two week releases.
The silverblue stable ref will be aliased to the updates ref.

8c5b02c072 Explicitly set Protocol 2 on sshd for pagure. 
This doesn't actually change anything for sshd (only proto 2 is default),
However, rkhunter complains about it not setting that explicitly.
So, this is just to get rkhunter to shut up about it.
