d0cf7b89af loopabull01.stg: increase memory to 2048 
This host alerts a lot and we have to go restart things, move it to more memory to avoid that.

This reverts commit 9e7b55c54c.

The modified version only works on copr-be-dev, production instance
needs the old version of the mock.cfg.j2 file
