We have some hosts that run on archived/EOL Fedora releases, their
repository URLs need to reflect that.

Correct fedora.repo debuginfo and source paths
...
These got changed, at some point; the packaged .repo files and
mirrormanager were updated for the change, but these modified
files for infra were not.
