taskotron: add sec=sys to nfs mount to work around rhbz 1480319

With nfs-utils-2.1.1-5.rc4.fc25 we couldn't write anything to the NFS
share, because sec=sys (default or autodetection) changed to sec=null.
Forcing that through fstab helps.
