Switch to qa01 and qa02 as openqa hdd workers

And drop the comment about how this is a temporary workaround...
since we added extra arches it kinda makes sense to just use
workers to build the images for all arches. qa09 is busted ATM
so let's switch to the newest shinest worker hosts for this
work.
