postgresql_server_bdr: no longer used, drop it
This role/playbook/hosts were from a few years ago when I tried to setup postgresql binary replication (active/active). It didn't really ever become production ready, so drop it. Signed-off-by: Kevin Fenzi <kevin@scrye.com>
