Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
I don't know if this is actually wanted, but it came up in a blocker decision today so I figured I'd file a bug and tag KDE folks so we can discuss it. @ngompa @siosm @marcdeop etc. Right now, the upgrade doc - https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/upgrading-fedora-new-release/ - recommends GNOME Software for upgrading Workstation, then says "This is the recommended upgrade method for all other Fedora Linux installations" under "Upgrading using the DNF System Upgrade plugin".
Do we want to start recommending Discover as the official upgrade mechanism for KDE? This comes with the implication that bugs in Discover upgrades would be release blocking, as the criterion says "This criterion applies to the recommended upgrade mechanisms only" with a link to that doc page.
I've filed https://pagure.io/fedora-kde/SIG/issue/565
Fixed in #773.
