[Make efforts to reduce duplication and clutter]
it might be a good idea to check upstream documentation if you know the issue was affected by an application or device driver. For example, the issue was resolved by a new firmware or configuration change. As a general rule, be very wary of unsolicited approaches, such as rewriting or partly reusing documentation of upstream projects or other distro for articles at the Fedora Documentation pages.
