From Communication in Fedora > Primary Channels > Chat:

You can find a list of the Fedora channels on Matrix here. Most of these channels are mirrored on IRC at Libera Chat.

Considering that the Matrix—Libera Chat bridge is down for good, I believe this paragraph should be updated to exclude this sentence.
