Pierre-Yves Chibon 942c0e76f3 Add the fedora-messaging consumer to mirror a pagure project 
This commit comes with both the consumer as well as an example
configuration file

This project is basically a small script that runs in a loop to keep locally an
up to date mirror of the ansible project hosted on pagure.io
